Gumball Rally Starts Off In San Francisco

Thanks to 5 & A Dime for providing us with the coverage of the Gumball Rally 08.

Carleton Banks!
What's wrong with this picture? Take a good look at the gauges and
you'll notice a couple things. First is the giant gas light telling us
to refuel. To the left of that sweet looking pump, is our tachometer
reading zero. Look above the fuel light, and you'll see that battery
and exclamation mark lighting up. This means our car has just died.
Yet, our car is still doing 40mph on the speedometer...we are simply in
neutral, coasting for miles. It wouldn't last.
We sat around for about five minutes thinking of how screwed we were until Mike attempted to start the car again. Luckily, by some kind of miracle, it started up again. We quickly jumped back in the car and took off. Any chance Mike got, he threw into neutral and coasted.
Unfortunately for us, we got to Buttonwillow too late to run the Evo on the track. It would have been fun to spank some exotics, but we'll have to save it for next time.
One last shot of the car out in front of the Kodak Theater. We had to skip the party at the Roosevelt Hotel so expect to see more pics tomorrow of day two. San Diego here we come.
